a Second Empire style Building on the corner of 19th and Jefferson street, that was built in 1870, first owners a Victorian Family -pass away in 1900, then the building becomes a apartment building on 2nd floor& stores on 1st floor,with added structures on back.then is titled "the Art Building". During 1950s more rooms are added on to the back.,then from the 1960s untill the 1980s,it becomes a flop house for hookers&crack dealers.Closes and Abandoned during the 1990s until 2003,purchased by 2 Toledo Air Piolets in hopes of making it a apartment for Artists.They of course dont have enough funds to remodel,and refuse the banks help that will help if they make it houseing for Welfare receipents.So now it sits Abandoned.
